Attendee Cancellation Policy:

All refund requests must be in writing.  Refunds will be issued less an administrative fee of $25 per registrant.  Registrant substitutions from the same organization may be submitted in writing at any time with no penalty.

If the membership status of the substitute differs from that of the original registrant, a refund or additional charge may apply.  No refunds will be issued for requests received after October 17, 2014.
